“We sent through a large order of goods which was quickly handled and delivered, unfortunately one of the items was missing but upon contacting Dust Spares this was very quickly rectified and the missing goods received within a couple of days. Overall a very good service indeed, thank you!”

Good morning Nick, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I have looked into your order. It was placed after our 14:30 cutoff point Friday, so the order was dispatched on the next working day - Monday. Tracking with DPD shows they were unable to deliver yesterday, but showing as out for delivery today. You should have received an email from them with the time frame. Unfortunately, once dispatched we have no control over the couriers (Wish we could 🙄).
