“Everything was great apart from a dent in the spiral duct pipe. Looked like something had fallen onto it during transit. Needed to use it as work was time sensitive. This caused me some issues with the installation. The product is of good quality. The website is easy to use, and quick delivery is fairly priced.”

“ORDERED PART ON THURSDAY BEFORE THE SAME-DAY SHIPPING CUT-OFF OF 2.30 PM. PARTS DID NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. WE WERE THEN TOLD DELIVERY WOULD "NOW BE MONDAY". MONDAY CAME WITH NO DELIVERY. TOLD SHIPPING HAD BEEN UPGRADED TO TUESDAY AM. TUESDAY AM CAME AND WENT - STILL NO DELIVERY JUST A BUCKET LOAD OF EXCUSES "THE DRIVER IS HAVING VEHICLE ISSUES" (THE USUAL GO-TO EXCUSE FOR PARCELS BEING LATE) - WOULD HAVE GIVEN ZERO STARS BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION. WE COULD HAVE ORDERED ELSEWHERE FOR DELIVERY MONDAY BUT PART WAS NEEDED ON FRIDAY”
