It is possible to track an order using the order tracking link provided in the order dispatch confirmation email, sent on the day your order was dispatched. Our courier partners usually send a delivery time window notification SMS, where a mobile number has been provided. However, on occasions our courier partners may temporarily turn off SMS notifications at local delivery depot level, where there are out of the ordinary circumstances, such as temporary staffing issues or if parcels are transferred late into the delivering depot from the couriers central hub.
