“Extensive selection of whiskies and placing the order and payment was easy. I have used Drinks Direct in the past for delivery of a present and again the delivery was on the exact date and time that I had specified. Great and reliable service - thank you Drinks Direct”

“My order always arrives promptly but this time there was an issue with taking delivery. At the time of placing the order, I had asked for it to left with a neighbour upon delivery; this was not highlighted as a problem at order stage but the courier was unable to accept this request. This I did not learn until a card was put through my letterbox by the courier when they first attempted delivery. I had to wait for it to be re-delivered the next day. Annoying as the courier's depot is next to my place for work some 15 miles away so I would have had to leave work had I not been given an early morning delivery slot.”

“Ordered Thursday pm, paid for Saturday delivery ,arrived 10am Saturday Great!! BUT friday nights despatch email with DPD tracking link told me it wasnt coming until the Monday so I obviously felt aggrieved at that point!! So lack of accurate communication then!!”
