Great selection and really fast delivery. The only thing I would say is that delivery cost is a bit steep.

I ordered 6 bottles of wine and they arrived quickly. My only criticism is that the website states that I will get an email telling me when the wine is being delivered. This did not happen and I had to send an email to ask

I've given 4 star as I love the look of bottle and box. It's a gift so no more info available. Did not get a txt / email from courier informing me of 2 hour slot. Luckily I was at home.

Whilst you should have received a text message to advise of a 2 hour time window for delivery, it is also possible to track the progress of an order by clicking on the order tracking link in the order dispatch email. You should have received the order dispatch email on the day of dispatch, at approximately 17:59. If this email did not land in your inbox, please check any spam or junk mail folder you may have. When ordering you are asked to make a comment. I asked both times that if not at home then to leave the goods in garage No. 5. This request was printed on my receipt but on both occasions the delivery driver left the goods on my doorstep. This I feel is due to the fact that my request was not also printed on the address label. It would be helpful to the driver if he knew what to expect. Regards. Brian Ainley

Only comment I have to make is that I wasn't issued with a tracking number so was unable to track my order. However, my order was delivered on the specific day I required.

Hi Aileen, Thanks for your review. An order dispatch confirmation email is automatically sent out once an order has been processed for dispatch. You should have received the email on 23/04/2019 at approximately 18:12 BST. If the email has not been delivered to your inbox, please also check any spam or junk mail folder you have, in case the email has landed there. The recipient should also have received a text message on the day of delivery, providing a two hour time window for delivery. Quick service & delivery (would have given 5stars if the delivery driver hadnt slamed the parcel of cans on the floor..despite "fragile glass & this way up" printed on the box!) Have not inspected for damage yet

When ordered the information regarding the progress of that order is timely. The delivery is often amazingly fast. Only once has there been a problem with broken bottles. That did result in some confusion as the instruction to return was impossible the boxes being softened by the spilt wine.

Straightforward website, easy to use. Reasonable range of products. Quick cycle order to delivery, with tracking. Clear billing. Reasonable delivery charge. Only 4 stars as prices a little high - but you pay for the service. Great if you want half a dozen specific drinks delivered quickly.

Although the delivery was smooth & on time, the only downside will be the delivery fee that is being charged with mainland UK. I ordered was fr 27gbp, bt I eventually paid 32gbp coz of VAT & 5gbp towards shipping
