“Easy to order and the delivery arrived a couple of days later. Lots of things out of stock and no delivery date thatI could see at the time of check out to set expectations. The stock could easily be due to current troubles of course. Overall - impressed and would use again and recommend to friends.\nThanks”

“Using the website was very easy and straightforward, no problem, the delivery was very prompt and reasonable and the packaging was very substantial so overall very good.\nYou lose a star because - having requested gift packaging - I then had to unwrap the bubblewrap and UNPACK that packaging, including breaking the sticky seal, because i couldn't find the gift tag and (correctly) surmised it was INSIDE !!!\nNot only was the gift tag inside - but so was the receipt !!!!!! Not a great thing to be given in a gift - and PARTICULARLY when i intended it to be anonymous !!!\nPlease therefore, in future, leave the gift tag and receipt OUTSIDE of any gift packaging - or at least clarify where it will be included to be safe.\nCheers for the great service - and lovely plonk - though !!”

“Initially tried to place this order whilst on holiday in Spain, but your process would not accept UK Delivery! \nOnce back in UK the order was accepted, processed and delivered very quickly. \nIt seems your system automatically links delivery destination with the current location of the ??computer??? placing the order?”
