“It was fine. By mistake I only ordered 3 bottles of wine instead of 6 (who only orders 3! So clearly a mistake). When I messaged and explained and asked for free delivery (its £7.99) if I ordered 6 more bottles, my email wasn't even responded to. Because of that I wouldn't order again”
