“I’ve given 3 stars because the delivery company claimed to have delivered my purchase the following day, but alas, they didn’t. Even the tracking states it was delivered but my ring door bell says very different. At the time it was ‘claimed’ to have been delivered, nobody, and I mean nobody, came to my door. Yes I contacted the delivery company who failed to respond as is the usual I suppose. I’m now just waiting for the excuse of COVID which is now a default option for every business it seems. Had I actually got my purchase, I’d have given the full 5 stars as Drinks Direct was the only place I found which sold my desired tipple in a 3ltr bottle.”
