“Initially I was directed to online Tesco for Faustino 1 rioja wine I ordered some, on day of delivery ,we do not have that so we have substituted it. Of which I refused. Then drinks direct came up who sold the item I wanted, I ordered and just a couple of days later it was delivered, very pleased talkers and doers drinks direct are doers”

“I placed an order for some Pussers rum for the next day (Sat) delivery as it was for my husband's birthday on Sunday. I then realised I had ordered the incorrect rum so re-ordered the correct one and sent an email to cancel the incorrect order. Within 1-hour, customer services had responded by email and cancelled my first order. I was very impressed at their speediness. The rum arrived the next day within the 2-hour time slot advised to me by text. The courier was very polite and the bottle was extremely well packaged and protected as it was glass and liquid. I have never used drinks direct before but in the future will definitely use them instead of Amazon in the future for our drinks. Thank you so much to everyone concerned. A very happy customer.”
