“The only issue I had with my order, was not at all with Drinks Direct, but with their choice of delivery company, who even though I put instructions not to before 10am, as we are a business on a high street (so nothing opens until at least 9am) they did so and then were reluctant to help me get it delivered at a specific time, even though on the card it said I could get it redelivered, etc. So, other than that, everything was great, would have been here the next day if not for all the fighting with their delivery company to get it delivered to me when I am in and open!!”

“I bought a magnum of champagne from drinks direct. Not only were they the cheapest I could find on the web, but their dispatch times and delivery price were also the best. I was able to choose a delivery date and I received an email the evening before to confirm that the goods had been dispatched, and providing a tracking number so I could keep tabs on delivery. Very good service”

“I was delighted to learn from my son that a sparkling wine we had sampled at a Food show a couple of years ago but had not been able to purchase at any shop was available to buy by the bottle from Drinks Direct. I particularly wanted a bottle to give as a gift so took a chance on Wednesday morning and placed the order, I was contacted via email to confirm the order, and then again when it had been dispatched. A big white can pulled up outside the house at 2 pm today and I was amazed to take delivery of my order, Wow. the best bit was that due to the awful weather the wine was nicely chilled and we were able to open and enjoy an early celebration straight away! I'm impressed, and will certainly be ordering again, especially as the prices are so competitive.”

“I was looking for two specific brands or Gin after a Gin tasting session with a group of friends - the two gins in particular where the only ones I could remember! DrinksDirect prices were very good, had money off for buying more than one gin and delivery was fast. The packaging was very good and the products arrived on time - happy drinking!!”

“During a recent stay in Wiltshire we dined several times at a very friendly village pub that was locally famous for it's culinary prowess. With our first meal we ordered a glass (each) of an interesting rose called Pretty Gorgeous. My goodness it was!! I'm no wine expert so any attempt at describing it would be futile. We finished up ordering another glass each before the meal was over. At subsequent visits we realized it was cheaper to buy the bottle. On our return home I resolved to track down this great tasting wine for our rack. Drinks Direct were just one of several companies offering the product........but substantially cheaper than the others and on special offer also! At a third of the bottle price we paid during our meals out , I have stocked up for a month or two and am sure to return often when (if ever) the BBQ season begins. Thanks DD. Great wine at a super price and with a hassle-free rapid delivery service.”
