“Very happy with purchase, this was the only site stocking what i wanted, but it wasn't overpriced. Purchased two other items due to special offer and i was not disappointed. Postage and package was same no matter if i bought one or more items. They arrived next day, very well packaged and I am very delighted with service”

“I order 3 cases of GUINIESS (PAY EXTRA to get it delivered on SATURDAY) Hence only 2 cases came on SATURDAY, Delivered man said it could come SUNDAY or MONDAY. Still waiting.”

It looks like the couriers mis-sorted one of your parcels in transit which has caused a delay in the delivery of 1 of the 3 boxes in your order. “We traditionally drink Pussers Rum as a toast at our annual ladies night banquet. This year we suddenly realised on the Thursday night that nobody had been able to source a bottle of this fairly rare rum. A quick Google search and i found DrinksDirect who had a bottle in stock. I ordered it and selected the option for Saturday delivery. Saturday morning the package arrived. Firstly I'm very impressed with the service I was kept up to date on what was going on via email but secondly and just as importantly the package when it arrived was heavily marked up with the words "Glass Fragile". Inside the heavy gauge cardboard carton there were air bags supporting the bottle which was additionally held in a strong cardboard cradle. This would have quite easily withstood a drop from I would imagine almost any height. Not that we wanted to put that to the test with such a rare cargo. Saturday evening came and we rolled out the English Flag bellowed "Land of Hope and Glory" at the top of our lungs and each and every man downed a tot of Pussers! A Perfect end to the evening and all thanks to DrinksDirect. Well done guys will not bother worrying next year I'll just come straight to you. Well Done!”

“As a thanks for sorting out a skiing trip, a batch of Jager was sent to the organiser. He was extremely chuffed with the gift...however, he now insists we need to get together and share the proceeds and relive some of the skiing stories!”

“Easy to use site with a very good range (including several obscure liquors that are almost impossible to source), and secure payment facility through sagepay. Delivery arrived next day, very well packaged and no pricing info on delivery note so definitely a bonus if shipping direct as a gift. Will certainly be back soon, Cheers DrinksDirect!”

“Ordered on the Monday arrived on the Tuesday!! It was the first time I have shopped for wine online so was worried about possible breakages on route but it was well packed so no breakages at all! All to do now is drink the wine.........roll on Friday!!”
