“I ordered a birthday gift and found drinks direct very well priced. The site was easy to navigate around and I found the right drink very quickly. However I ordered for a birthday gift and it didn't arrive on time, next time I would pay the extra for quicker delivery but all in all very positive and a happy customer.”

Thanks for your feedback. Your order shows it was placed on a Saturday. Unfortunately the dispatch warehouse do not process orders for dispatch over the weekend. Your order was put forward to be processed on the first available dispatch date, which was the Monday. The order was delivered successfully the following day, Tuesday. The order was processed for delivery as quickly as possible. We apologise if the dispatch and delivery service did not meet with your expectations on this occasion. “Compared to other web sites drinks direct were definatly the best for price! A good ?4:cheaper than amazon! I ordered on wednesday lunchtime, my order was on my doorstep thursday morning 8 o clock!! Speaks for itself really! Most definatly recommend to anyone ??”
