“So easy - you find what you want, and get the order in. An email lets you know it's on the way and that's it. It's so easy & hastle free AND they had the wine I wanted that I couldn't get on the high street too!!”

“I wasn't sure what to send my cousin for his 50th birthday, I new he liked red wine, but wasn't sure if I would be able to find a good Australian Red that I could send, then I came across this website. I was surprised that they had such a great selection of Aussie Wines. I was a little hesitant ordering online from across the other side of the word and a little worried that it would not be delivered on time for his birthday. However was extremely impressed that the present was delivered within 48 hours of me ordering. My cousin was so surprised especially receiving some nice Aussie Red. Thanks”

“I searched for some Wine and found this site.I ordered and was a bit confused as to when it would come so i emailed and got an answer really quickly explaining it and was quite happy . Even happier when i checked the delivery and found that it was coming the very next day .Fantastic service i am very happy with the service as a whole .Fantastic and highly recommended i doubt there is any better , packaged well too. Really really happy with these guys .”

“I ordered from drinks direct for my wedding favours...the website was by far the easiest to use and the service was excellent. I ordered at around 3.30pm one day and the order arrived the following day at around half1pm! Very impressed.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read of the delivery issue you have experienced with your order. Email records are showing the drinksdirect.co.uk customer service team were in correspondence with you regarding a delivery not being received. It subsequently appears the delivery driver realised a delivery error has been made and this was recified on Wednesday and the order delivered. I apologise for the delivery issue you have experienced on this occasion. I can also advise that such delivery issues are rare and efforts are showing to have been made to ensure the delivery issue was resolved asap. A member of the customer services team will contact you shortly with more detailed information.

“Easy to use site and orders always arrive the day you ask. Regular email updates on order despatch are really useful. Love the gift tag option and friends and family are loving their pressies :) I'd recommend drinks direct to anyone.”
