“I recently bought Pusser's 15 year old from Drinks Direct as my usual supplier has stopped selling it. All I can say is the service was very good, prompt delivery no problems with the online payments. Everything you want from an online retailer, very pleased with my purchase. The rum is excellent if you've been stiing on the fence over Pusser's I can thoroughly recommend the 15 year old an absolute gogeous rum smooth, sweet with no alcohol burn what's so ever.”

“I made a slight address error. All correct but xx road stated but was actually xxclose. My error but not notified by e mail until some days later. Quick call would have been good, or earlier e mail to allow me to correct such a small thing.”

Thank you for your feedback. Your order shows it was placed after 5pm on a Friday. Unfortunately it was received too late to be processed the same day. During the dispatch process an address anomaly was found and an email sent advising of this on the Monday, which was the next available dispatch date for your order. Further to a reply advising of an address update, your order was then processed for dispatch. Where a delivery address issue is found, the Customer Service team tries to advise customers prior to dispatch, to help ensure orders can reach the correct destination. This can on occasions delay the dispatch of orders, however it is important the delivery information is correct or further delays can occur if the delivery address is updated after an order is dispatched. Any address update needs to be confirmed on email for this to be actioned. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, however the dispatch delay on this occasion was due to the delivery address provided being slightly incorrect.
