“Very quick delivery. My pup really enjoyed the fish skins, I haven’t given her all of the contents as yet. I was a little concerned that a lot of the contents were small pieces, worried she’ll just swallow whole so I’ll wait till she is a bit bigger. Other than that I’m sure I’ll order again.”

The fish skins are a chew and designed to keep pooches occupied, but we would always recommend supervising if you have concerns, especially with young pups. All our products online show a recommended age, so please ensure you check that out beforehand.

“Very happy with the raw dog food, probably the best one iv used, my dog seems to love it. If i had one grip, iv had a couple of the packets of meat where the air tight packaging around the dog food has been punctured & the meat seem a bit dodgy on one so i threw it out, but to be fair i was probably accidentally punctured. Will be using agin for sure though.”

Thank you so much for the review. We are so pleased you are happy with the product. Our raw food is different to human-grade food and can be re-frozen up to 4 times. During transit, it can defrost, especially during warmer weather, but it is perfectly safe to re-freeze and also be stored in the fridge for a few days.

We wish we could reduce the cost of delivery but due to the nature of the frozen food, it requires special packaging and to guarantee it arrives still frozen we have not been able to reduce these costs. Thank you so much for your review. Our split deer antlers are graded on weight, not physical size. This may be the reason they appear slightly different to other shops. We are always happy to offer an exchange or refund for any unused products.

“My puppy Yogi is enjoying the puppy pack. Had to restrict him because he seems prone to diarhoe And also had bug that’s going round. So just giving as rare treat. The chews don’t seem to last long so he obviously likes and he has new teeth so prob ready for tougher stuff.”
Hi Colin, thank you for your review and feedback. Some pups do have particularly sensitive tummies so it can be trial and error with treats. Have you tried something like yak bars, pizzles, lamb horns - as these should be easier on the tummy? Laura x
“I couldn't be happier with the products and staff. The staff are literally the nicest people. Genuine and knowledgeable. The shop itself has great natural products.
However the online service is questionable, hence my one star less. On more than one occasion i have ordered small adult breed dry food and picked up adult breed biscuits. My stupidity to not check after the 2nd or 3rd time it's happened. Nevertheless annoying driving back and forth. The warehouse team need to double check the orders.”
