“There is an interesting variety of products, both chews and treats. I had used some before via a third party seller. Now I can buy directly and earn points as well. The dog is pleased with the treats and chews.”

Speaking for ourselves, we want to know that our customer's are happy and if not, why not, so we can resolve any problems plus it allows future shoppers to see whether the company they are purchasing from is legitimate (a huge problem in the age of online shopping). We also give loyalty points to customer's that take the time to leave a review as we know everyone has busy lives - if you don't wish to leave a review then there is no hard feelings either. “I've only been once but the staff were friendly and easy to find everything you needed. The shop is a little tucked away the way but worth going to see what's on offer. Prices can be expensive from some products I've looked at bit then what isn't these days!”
“Bit pricy but good healthy dog food which is why we use them. Helpful and considerate staff who have been trained well to service the customer's needs.”

I appreciate you taking the time to share your review with us. I understand that you are disappointed with the price increases, and we feel the same frustration. In the present circumstances, our suppliers have raised their prices, and as the overall cost of everything has gone up, we have been affected as well. As a business, we make an effort to absorb as much of the price hikes as possible, but in some cases, we may have to adjust the prices of our products to reflect the increase in cost. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately I think our wording may cause confusion (which we are looking to change). We use a DPD next day delivery service but don’t guarantee orders will be despatched from
