“I've ordered dog chews from Dragonfly products a couple of times now, and they're always very high quality. Unfortunately (and why the 4 stars) the whippet kept hurting herself on the ewe horn, so that wasn't suitable for her, but otherwise all the chews were great.
It's also lovely to receive a free treat sample with each order, so the dog can try new things and we can learn what her favourites are.
Delivery was always great too.

“The charcoal biscuits seem to be helping and my Westie likes them.
Unfortunately she is diabetic and I have to be strict with treats. I like the look of the sweet potato crisps but you say they have honey so don’t think she can have them. If you do produce a treat that is suitable I would like to hear from you. Thank you”

“Rating reflects service, price and delivery which were all very good. This is the first time for my dog on raw food and I have tried it because he has severe allergies. Unfortunately after 3 days on the duck mince, he became much worse with his scratching and shaking and we had to stop.”
Hi Kara thank you for leaving the review. If you are local and would like to call in, the shop staff will be able to discuss an elimination diet with you to hopefully reduce the allergies.

“The products are beautifully packaged and informative.
Fergus loves the Cows ears and little training treats.
Unfortunately he won't touch the 'just meat' training treats at all - he sniffs them and won't even take them. I think they lack smell or are too hard. It's a real shame as I bought 4 bags, expecting him to love them because he likes anything meaty. We are going to have to give them away.”
