“The intermittent postal strike, totally outside the control of the company, played havoc with the delivery. DIY Direct Express Ltd. went beyond what one would expect of a company that strives for excellence in customer service. They remained in touch throughout the delay in delivery wanting to know if the parcel had arrived. Dr G L Faber.”

“Totally professional and efficient company and a pleasure to deal with, great choice of products and some 'hard to find elsewhere' items on the site that have been of great use to me. Customer service is top drawer, some items I had ordered had still not arrived after nearly 10 days from the dispatch date, after contacting the support team one early afternoon an apology for a lost postal item and a replacement order arrived within 24 hours thanks to Tina from Customer Services, Highly recommended company.”

“Couldn't find anything in B&Q so resorted to Google. Found a few hinges of the type i was looking for but the reviews caused me to rethink. Then i found diy direct. Exactly what i was looking for with screws and a good price. Used PayPal and they arrived within a week.”
