“Both packages arrived together and in good shape so no hold ups. The containers appear fit for purpose, strong and robust. The funnel and yellow spanner , I think, are a must have it is more than useful. I think it should be made clear that these are required if you haven't got them already.”

Looking at the tracking details, it appears your order arrived with your local Palletforce depot on Thursday evening, but the couriers were not able to deliver until Monday. Sadly, they have not provided an explanation as to why, and I have passed this information onto our Business Development Manager to investigate further. We're glad to hear that your new tank however is perfect for your needs despite the small delay. We look forward to hearing from you again in the future.
