“Item arrived prompt. There were a couple of pieces missing but customer services more than made up for it by supplying the missing pieces and including an extra item by return of post. Would definitely recommend them.”

“They wanted £6.45 for a tiny plastic handle that had broken on my blind despite the website stating it was free. What a bunch of jokers!!”

Hi Ian, You purchased your blind from us over 5 years ago meaning that it is no longer under guarantee and therefore any breakages would be at your own liability. I have now noticed that there is an error on the website that states a price of £0 for the item before it is added to the cart, which it then shows as the correct price. Our web team are currently working on fixing this. The remainder of the £6.45 is for postage, packaging and handling, which as a small business we have to charge to cover the cost of our staff picking the item, the materials used to package, and the final postage cost. Please let us know if you need any further advise. - Sophie

“I cant rate this company enough! The amount of questions they answered for me to ensure I had the right product, and measured correctly was endless! Thew ordering process was very simple, the product itself is great and cost comparison is great value for money”

“Brilliant company to deal with. I’ve placed two orders recently for Perfect Fit blinds, one for the bathroom window (to see if it’s worked) and then three for my lounge bay. Communication was excellent, orders were received early and it does literally fit straight away, and I’m rubbish at DIY.”

“I have just received my blind and want to thank the team for making the whole ordering, delivery and fitting processes so easy and straightforward. We are often very quick to moan but far less willing to recognise great performance and say thank you. The blind is exactly as ordered and was dispatched on the date promised. The instructions and supplied tools made the fitting really easy and clear. All in all a really great experience with a high quality and well made product sold in an easy, painless and reliable manner. This company is a good example of how things should be done. Thanks to all who made this transaction so painless.”

“Beautifully made blinds (perfect fit) and needed some help with fitting them, so called up and they were very helpful and sent me extra fittings to get over my problem and these arrived the next day. Very pleased with my purchase and will use again for the rest of my windows.”
