“I could not recommend this company enough. Excellent customer service helped put our minds at rest and we purchased Allusion blinds for our patio doors. The price was half we were quoted elsewhere. Delivered on time, in very substantial packaging to prevent damage. Fitting was very straightforward and the blinds look amazing.”

“We needed a small replacement part for an existing blind, the name of which we didn't know. Staff were incredibly helpful, sending us the name of the part and a link to it, then delivering it 24 hours after I placed the order. Fantastic service!”

“Wonderful service. Great communication and able to send a large format image (outside web portal) without much compression. Arrived millimetre accurate to the window size. Good quality print with nice light diffusion through it. Many thanks, recommended.”

“I had few questions to ask about the blinds before I ordered, so I’ve tried to contact few companies about it, but I didn't get any response from them at all. And only Cheryl from Direct Order Blinds was really helpful and answered all my questions. Im really pleased about it and I would like to say a big thank you to Cheryl and all her team. And of course I'm very pleased with my blinds. 10 out of 10”

“Absolutely amazing service! Website was easy to use. Spoke to customer services over the phone and they were super helpful and friendly. Speedy delivery and a spot-on fit. A substantial saving over having them installed and it was so easy to do! We’re about to order again. Very happy!”

“So pleased with our Perfect Fit Venetian blinds! They look so good, I can't stop staring at them! They were surprisingly easy to assemble and fit. Getting the brackets into the window was the only challenging part, but I managed it by myself eventually! The waiting time for delivery wasn't too bad either, considering they were made to order. Now that they're up, the room actually looks bigger and brighter. I'm already considering ordering more blinds for my other windows. Overall, really pleased and would definitely recommend Direct Order Blinds!”

“Great price, packaged well but above all the best customer service. Had an issue with one of the blinds and thought incorrectly, that it was a manufactured fault. After sending photos and after several emails the issue was resolved. Apologies for wasting your time and the stress involved! I would not hesitate in using Direct Order Blinds again.”

“Ordered some perfect-fit wooden blinds from Direct Order Blinds. Was apprehensive following a friend’s bad experience of a similar product from another company but I need not have been! Delivery took a while but it’s a made to measure product and demand is high at the moment. The product itself is excellent, the price competitive (seems to be the best price that I could find for this particular product) and the customer service has been spot-on, with special mention to Cheryl who was very knowledgeable, helpful and clearly cares about the company and it’s customers! In summary, very pleased with both the product and the service and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from here again. Highly recommended.”

“Needed some parts for a blind I ordered incorrectly. They were extremely patient with me doing all the wrong measurements & guided me through to ensure I got the correct sizes. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company to friends & family.”

“I made my decision to use Direct Order Blinds based on others' reviews and I'm pleased to say I've had just as great an experience. Cheryl (often mentioned in other reviews) was great at answering my questions and coming up with solutions. The quality of the blinds is great, they're really easy to install (I'd recommend checking out YouTube videos to help though as the written instructions miss a thing or two). I had a small issue with a broken piece, but that's on it's way to being sorted. And price-wise they were as good as any other provider. I've already recommended them to a friend.”

“Delighted with my blinds! Excellent customer service from start to finish. One of my windows is quite large and several other providers said it was not possible to have a perfect fit blind made to suit it. Cheryl came up with a suggestion as to how it would work and it does!”
