“I still haven’t received my order I placed almost two weeks ago so can’t comment on the product quality. Communication however from the employees is great but I of course would like my product to arrive. I’ll be contacting the company regarding this again today. Chris R”

I have checked our system and can see that a replacement was arranged and shipped on the 7th of February via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. This should be with you within 2-5 working days. “Not, I suspect, Dent-o-Cares fault, but the delivery is held up in the local French post office awaiting a payment of 14€. I bought from Dent-o-Care as you were marginally cheaper than Amazon Fr. For information you are now slightly dearer. A lesson for me not to buy from the UK!”

“Excellant company I was waiting for my order and they were waiting for stock to arrive before they sent it out. I rang them explain that I am having implant surgery and I needed the products immediately and sure enough they arrive the next time Will always be a customer for this company !!!!!”

“I paid for next day courier delivery, I did get my goods delivered by courier but it took a couple of days , I would have received my order just as quick with normal delivery so anyone thinking of paying extra to get speedy delivery don’t bother save your money because Dent-O-Care don’t do what they promise.”

Considering your choice of courier, this should have reached you within the stated time frame. “I looked for Paro-brush online because I find them effective and easy to use. Dentocare were the only people who advertised them, they in the USA, I in the Netherlands. I ordered 5 packs to reduce postage per pack. They arrived about a week later with the Dutch government adding about 5€ import duty. I'm very happy with them. One brush lasts me a week so in spite of postage and taxes they are not a major expense. Dentocare were honest, helpful and very efficient.”
