I recently purchased 2 tubes of Secure denture bonding cream. It has the virtue of holding my dentures securely for a good number of hours. Unfortunately, it also leaves an insoluble white deposit that collects overnight after cleaning and soaking in water. The deposit tends to collect in the small interstices of the denture which were made by the impression moulding process. Being insoluble in water, it is difficult to remove. It is tough enough to resist removal with a brush, especially from space-confined parts of the denture. Eventually I have removed it using a plastic kitchen tool and it took me several minutes. The process is most inconvenient and I have decided to use a slightly less effective but water soluble cream in future.

Stock levels aren’t monitored well so 2 items I ordered weren’t available and still showing on website as available.Had I known I would have placed my order elsewhere. Wasn’t told until days after I placed my order which was very frustrating and delayed my order arriving. Unfortunately it means I would likely look elsewhere in the future.

My husband has found them hard to keep stuck on. It may be that it’s because his gums have shrunk and he wears false teeth

Unfortunately this adhesive doesn't compare to another well know brand which is half the price. I won’t be making another purchase. So disappointed…

I don’t think it’s any good denture adhesive water proof secure it burns my mouth and don’t secure my denture it comes off with in a couple of hours

I still haven’t received my order I placed almost two weeks ago so can’t comment on the product quality. Communication however from the employees is great but I of course would like my product to arrive. I’ll be contacting the company regarding this again today. Chris R

Unfortunately your courier said my 100 yr old home didn’t exist and so I couldn’t get my order - no other delivery option was available for me so I had to get a refund. Disappointed.

The discs did not suit me. I mainly have trouble with a dry mouth at night but found sticking the tab to my gums was very distracting and kept me awake. I also found that it made me salivate too much so I had to keep swallowing. Not for me.

I buy triple head brush for my child who has severe sensory problems. The idea behind three heads are great but the toothbrush is not usable after just first use and the heads are hard for a child’s teeth.. they create pain and bleeding sometimes..! Please make them soft and flexible!

To be honest with you disappointed, I placed an order with you on Thursday night and paid for next day delivery because I thought that second-class delivery from Royal mail would be too long only to find out that my product left you on the Friday and I got it on the Monday as your next day delivery doesn’t include weekends this wasn’t mentioned at the time of order. Maybe I should’ve gone second-class Royal mail and saved myself some money, or even still got it from Amazon who would’ve delivered it the following day.

I placed an order to which only 2 items arrived, no indication that the other items where out of stock. Even on the email it contained the items. But when arrived was not there. I placed the order so I could get the offer of 25% off. But because with items not being available, did not spend enough to get the discount. Its really not good enough,

I placed an order 29/5/21, confirmation of order was received same day. 1/6/21 payment for order was taken, and I received an email to say that my order had been shipped. I have still not received my order. Can you advise me why, and let me know when to expect delivery of the order
