“Great prices and quality :-) Missing one star as the order confirmation email didn't arrive until 3/4 days after purchase. Not knowing the brand I was initally worried that I got scammed. Phoned customer service who were very lovely and confirmed the order had been shipped. Will shop again.”

“We first came across your product in Dubai, some much better than the regular that are on the shelves at home, I went on line there was your product so I ordered 2 tubes, and will order more as required, not seen any of your product on shelves in the UK, Thank you.”

“It is brilliantly quick delivery. I am very satisfied with the service. Only thing was that there was not information on dispatch so I contacted the customer service, I eventually got a reply but my goods are already delivered by that time. Dispatch notification would be the better solution.”

“Usually I would give Dentocare a five star review, but for some reason my goods which were ordered on 30/11/32 still have not arrived at the end of play 12/12/22. Usually my package is delivered within a week, but not time. Other packages from other companies have been delivered in a lot shorter time.”

“I get all dental products from Dentocare and have always been happy with the products and with the service. If I had to criticize something it could be requiring deliveries to be 'signed for', so if I'm out when the Post Office tries to deliver I have to go to the sorting office and collect them. I don't think the products are a high enough value to justify requiring a signature.”

“These are the only longer length and softer bristles I've come across, very good for cleaning the gum edge. Delivery took a long time though so don't run out.”

“Entered all my details but my online order did not seem to be accepted. A quick 'phone call confirmed it had been received and a confirmation email arrived shortly after. A bit disconcerting at first but easily sorted. Products arrived well packed within a few days.”
