“What a great online service. When all the main high street retailers where out of stock, Dentocare came up with the goods at a superb price and free delivery. Will use them in the future for sure.”

“Dreadful service. Ordered 25.08.22 paid £6.95 for delivery next day. Did not arrive. Phoned Dentocare and told the courier used was dhl who reported no reply at my address. The fact is the doors and windows at the front of the house were wide open and there were two people here all day. So that info incorrect. Finally arrived too late on the following Tues when I had seen my dentist and given another treatment. Useless service !!”

Hi Diane, We are very sorry about the delay. Your order was shipped on the 25th of August. Usually, we would have expected this to have reached you by now but due to the Royal Mail strike, this could take longer than usual. If you have not received your order by the end of this week, please get in touch with our customer service team who can look further into this and issue you with a replacement or refund. “Hi Team, Hope you are doing well, it's an honest review, So i purchased it from your company when m went to check out you just ask only for the delivery address and you automatic add my billing address as default and complete the checkout. when m contacted you for a change, your msg for unexpected to me and you said"we will not change" when I am asking about the invoice same as I put the info, I got after 3 days time is important plz don't ignore this point”
