“I have used only brushes from Denman for over 45yrs. I have got my grown up daughter hooked on Denman and now my 5yr old grand daughter. They make a brush for everone. Also great go to gift if your stuck for a girly gift. Highly recommend. Never use anything eles on my hair”

Hello Oliver, we recently issued your refund, the brushes where not delivered as USPS reported Insufficient Address, the parcel was then returned back to us, they where unable to deliver it. - Thanks, Mark.

“I am a user of Denmanbrush for 50 years . I like this brush cause it makes my hair fluffy, I don’t need another brush to style or curl my hair. I just use a good Mousse ( Dusk) , a hair dryer , a denman brush with 9 row and start working on my hair.. it makes my hair shiny and healthy. Good on my scalp too. Been introducing the Denman Brush ever since. Got so desperate when i lost mine ( stolen) and can’t find a replacement since so few of the beauty salons-and shops are selling it or if ever they have it its only have 7 prong. Question: how come this 9 prong Denmambrush i bought is very light, and has shorter handle. The ones i have are heavier and has longer solid handle. But anyway it still work perfectly.”

Hi Sukhmeet, Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us via your review. I can confirm that your parcel was returned to the UK by Post Canada because it was Incorrectly addressed. You can see on the tracking link that It was delivered to our facility late on Friday afternoon and unfortunately our offices were closed at the weekend. Due to ongoing Covid 19 restrictions in the UK our team is still working from home and it takes us a few extra days to process returns. Apologies for this short delay - you will receive your refund soon. “This is not for the product. While I do stand behind the Denman brushes I’ve owned for years…this review is for their marketing of the thermal brush. I ordered the brush under the impression it was electric due to the red dot on the handle. I received the $40 brush only to find the red dot was a faux light. Stupid. You guys should put a comfy dip for your finger or something to make it more ergonomically comfortable. I’m just expecting more from this company. You guys should focus on the entire construction of every single brush you call Denman.”
