“I bought a similar brush and I was extremely underwhelmed. After hearing so many people talk about the Denman brushes, I finally decided to purchase one. Northern Ireland is part of the European Customs Union and import tax should not have been charged to you - the Spanish Postal Service has made a mistake. If you speak to the team who charged you these fees and explain that the parcel came from Northern Ireland you should be entitled to a refund.
