“Brush loses one star for having really hard bristles. Just ouch. Brush loses one star for slipping off as I brush. Holding the bush as usual means the part of the brush that detaches from the handle slips off. You have to adjust how you brush so it doesn’t slip or push it back in after every fifth stroke. Both these issues combined makes this a decent brush but adjusting how you normally brush because it hurts and slips isn’t ideal. I do recommend the brush because of the detaching and customization of removing the bristles.”

“I have purchased several different brushes for me and my daughters, we have thick curly hairs and it has always been a challenge to brush them. These brushes literally changed my life - very efficient, robust and comfortable, they do not pull the hair and brush swiftly and smoothly. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is that brushing under the shower is a challenge because the hand is very smooth and it’s impossible to hold the brush - slides a lot.”

“Good to see your selling D3 replacement Pads & Pins as my D3 was on it's last legs after 40 years of great service, the Handle was still OK so now my brush is like new again. Site was easy to use & very quick delivery it was a little bit hard to push the new pad on but got there in the end.”

“Been using this brush for 50 years. Had two of them, and after all these years the rubber hardened and split. Bristles were still good though. Great brush, made well, and is long lasting. Love them, you will too.”

“I Love this brush. I have naturally curly hair which usually frizzes into what looks like a lions mane when I brush it, but not with this brush. It is the best. Makes my hair feel soft, I love it.”

Hi Patricia, Many thanks for sharing your thoughts. Orders for customers in the United States are fulfilled from our facility in Virginia Beach VA, not the United Kingdom. I'm sorry that it has taken so long for the parcel to arrive, its very unusual. I've used the tracking information which was provided to you to check it's status and can see that USPS picked up your parcel from our fulfilment centre on August 12th and it was last scanned at one their distribution centres yesterday on August 26th. “Excellent quality, lovely looking and very sturdy brush that detangles my curls beautifully when my hair is wet (haven't tried it on dry hair) easy to clean afterwards too, my curls looked alot better after using the brush just after the first time. I bought the classic black and red design.. my first ever Denman brush but definitely will not be my last!”

“I bought the brush to see what the hype was about on tiktok and after buying it I could say I’m obsessed. I’m trying to get my curly hair back after a lot of damage and the brush really helps me define these curls. I love the brush and I recommend it completely.”

“Not sure it does much for my curls, but detangling has been easy. The bristle section slides up out of the brush easily which makes me feel like my hair is getting trapped underneath though and I have to push it back down while brushing.. maybe I’m doing it wrong?”

“Love Denman brushes. I just bought three different colors of 7-row bristle brushes. Perfect for blowouts and daily use. Been using a Denman since the 1970s. I keep one in each bathroom and a small one in my purse.”
