“I ordered some wall cladding and my heart sank when some came damaged I phoned them on the Monday and I was astonished to have complete replacements delivered by Wednesday the people I spoke to on the phone were professional extremely apologetic and sorted my issue out so quickly I understand things happen in this day and age but it's all about how it's rectified thankyou DBS I would definitely recommend you and give you 5 stars you went above and beyond”

“Professional company. On time delivery, slight damage to some panels caused by transport not DBS bathrooms . Contacted them ,rapid response problem solved within hours, part refund issued same day. Highly recommend this company”
