“Good supplier, the go to company for TRS and Ceeforms plus DIN rail terminals. Dont have the stock range in switchgear and industrial that you would get from Kempston or Ilecsys, but what is carried is well priced.”

“I made an expensive mistake, no return authorised for me! The order process is straight-forward, the acknowledgements come through and it was delivered efficiently within 2 days. But I ordered the wrong item, and discussion with members of the sales team revealled they didnt actually stock what I needed. They can get it and provided a couple of quotes both were roughly double the price of other suppliers, which obviously reluctant to pay. I was advised there would be no return unless they could supply the item I do require! Not exactly pleased with this interaction, which was my fault of course.”

Although you found our initial service satisfactory, we are concerned about the level of service you received when returning your item. Our sales manager and I have investigated the matter with our sales team to determine the cause of the issue and resolve it for you. After speaking with the colleague who handled your after-sales service, he is under the impression that this case is still ongoing and returns have yet to be discussed. Of course, we are more than happy to offer a return for you and I do believe my colleague has just received the email you sent late last night, saying you do not wish to go through with the replacement and that you have assumed that we can't take the original item back?!! I have instructed my colleague to send over an email to you now to discuss the return as per our company policies. Regarding the correct cable you need for your application, please note that we do not stock it, but as a cable distributor, we can source it from various manufacturers. However, this means we are subject to current pricing, which may not be as competitive as other distributors who have the item in stock. We also offer a price match service. If you have received a quote from any UK-based source, please send it to us, and we will let you know if we can match or beat it, ensuring that you get the best price available. “CSE are my goto company for industrial cables and cable ends. (They do, of course, have many other electrical product lines!) They keep good stocks of difficult to source products and their pricing is second to none. Couple that to 'by return' delivery and you have the perfect service.”
