I made an expensive mistake, no return authorised for me! The order process is straight-forward, the acknowledgements come through and it was delivered efficiently within 2 days. But I ordered the wrong item, and discussion with members of the sales team revealled they didnt actually stock what I needed. They can get it and provided a couple of quotes both were roughly double the price of other suppliers, which obviously reluctant to pay. I was advised there would be no return unless they could supply the item I do require! Not exactly pleased with this interaction, which was my fault of course.
