“I spoke with a lady named Kelly. Although I'd applied, I was feeling anxious about reliving the memories again, but Kelly was very understanding and made the whole process a lot easier to complete than I had anticipated it to be. She, and indeed the questions that had to be asked were very mindful of the fact that it was a traumatic experience and although there was a little digging in to the background to be done, it was done in a very considerate way. Kelly was absolutely great, very understanding and patient. I would highly recommend contacting/ going through these guys if you think you have a claim.”
