“I was not very optimistic about using this service but thought I would give it a try. My abuser was not convicted and I always felt that I never had any justice and was let down by multiple professionals in the process. From the very start CICA we're empathetic, understanding and compassionate. The communication skills were great and I was always kept up to date with the process. The process wasn't stressful at all. After a few weeks of waiting, I received confirmation that I was eligible to recieve compensation. I was in disbelief at first but the payment has been made. This was never about the money but it has definitely helped to get my little family back on our feet. I am still in disbelief to be honest, I thing the best thing that came out of this was being believe straight away. So I want to say a huge thank you to all that work with CICA you really do bring justice to victims that have been let down!!!”
