“Ambar was lovely on the phone sociable supportive, kind, polite and professional he was amazing thank you Ambar. You really made my day and changed my views in life, yes silence is not the answer to domestic violence!! Thank you for making me feel heard and thank you for the closure, I was hoping to get compensation and closure but never got the compensation, you are a selfless man who dedicated his time to me, the outcome was disappointing for us both but you really made a difference for me and made me feel heard. Let it be known that you are a great asset to your company & peers. Someone who is kind, respectful, full of life and joy with much empathy. My anxiety always made it very difficult to talk about my trauma and I never thought anyone would listen. Along you came and made a big difference with your kind words. I may not be getting any form of compensation but my story is heard and sometimes being heard is the best form of closure one can achieve. Someone so compassionate about their job and with such elegant skill (Ambar) you have made a difference in my life not financially but you have as a person, who has changed my thoughts on life and people overall. I would highly recommend this company to all who require such services. Specially recommend using ambar as an advisor for the process. Best wishes Ri”

“From 2014 I put a claim in for ptsd I had no criminal record I even seeked help for my mental health at the time told them how I feel they left me to deteriorate in the community it was done purposely so my claim was jeopardised going on for years the claim they kept prolonging it then boom commited a crime due to my ptsd and let down by mental health services they had cheek to tell me I had my compo in hospital they have no idea how inhumane them places are pure evil ! I deserve my claim because at the time I put throw for the claim I had no record they have cheek to send people email about ptsd they know how it works and they take advantage of it so they don’t have to pay u your services have done nothing but caused me pain”

“I was really relaxed and calm talking to my advisor Amy. She took me through each step and explained what we were doing . She was helpful and understanding. (I'm not good with technology) she wanted photos while I was on the phone. She was patient and helped me through the process. At no time was she rude or impatient. She said after that she would call me back in a bit. She did so, and went through my statement and declaration. I was calm and collected all through the conversation. Do to her been so understanding.”
