“Im happy with the outcome of my claim and though u took thousands off my reward witch was more than i expected ... it was never about the money it was The recognition about what actually happened to me but i acct ually think u take alot of money for little work my sister put in her own claim and had little charges u took thousands off me a vunerable person being taken for a fool again by ppl i thought i cud trus it dosent cost over 3000 pounds t9 get my medical records in fact i had tp ask them for them my aword was 19 thousand i actully got 12357 thats alot of money to take away from a person who is vunerable and been taken advantage of all her life”
