“To go through an extremely hard experience alone is something I wouldn’t wish upon anybody. I was asked to maybe consider putting in a claim outside of ongoing court hearings. I was extremely worried about how I would be able to cope with that on-top of everything else. Criminal Injuries took this over completely for me, Charlie Stone, my case handler in particular, who has virtually held my hand for the past 2.5 years at any given point during my claim. If I have ever needed anything, he has been there to provide it as soon as possible without question. I understand all case handlers are paid to do this, it’s their job, but you cannot buy sincerity and kindness. These case handlers must feel like they are part of this everyday with multiple clients which I understand can be hard on them too, they take it home just as much. I have wait s for the end of my traumatic experience for a very very long time now, as weird as it sounds, I’m a little emotional over that due to relationships and communications built with these people, as they have become very involved with you for substantial periods of time. I cannot thank criminal Injuries enough for supporting me through all the way but most importantly Charlie, cannot at any stage fault his ability in supporting me, chasing things for me if ever needed, getting answers and always 100% of the time giving me open communication. As I now start the rest of my life and very much a new chapter, I wish you all the very best and I hope many more people in need like me, end up at Charlie’s feet within your company. Please take care and the best of wishes.”
