“Items were very good but service was let down by the fact that you only sent a single delivery person. Items were very heavy and had to be lifted upstairs with my assistance which was not easy.”

Regarding our Delivery Service please note that we do disclose the information on our Delivery & Returns page, as we only delivery to curbside not inside your property for insurance purposes. “I wasn’t informed that the lights were not in stock and that they had to come from your suppliers to you before being shipped to me, so was several days longer than I expected before I received them, other than that good service..”

Dear Colin, Thanks for sharing your feedback and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. We did have these lights on pre-order on our website however they were put back in stock before your purchase following the expected back in stock date provided by the supplier. There was a small delay that we were unaware of, resulting in the lights being dispatched 6 days after purchasing. We apologize for this delay and hope that we dealt with the issue promptly and accurately. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in the future! Cp Lighting & Interiors Marketing Team

“Lights arrived in good condition and as described - we were a little uneasy at not seeing them prior to purchase, and the 25% penalty if we returned them because we weren’t to our satisfaction. Communication on despatch time and delivery date was poor”

Dear Bryan, We are grateful that you took the time out to leave us a review, and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. We noted that you said communication was poor, we've looked into the order and it looks like we did send you an email on October 10th to confirm you were happy with the returns policy and wanting to go ahead with the order. We didn't get a response so we sent another email on the 13th. As we again didn't get a reply we went ahead and processed the order on the 15th, which is why your order was delivered after the estimated delivery date. The emails were sent to bryan48@live.co.uk , can you please check your email to see if these were received? This is not an excuse for the lack of communication, and we can only apologize. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about each and every review. Dear Christine, Thank you for your review, we had arranged for the light fitting to be picked up from your address and then had to wait for the supplier to confirm they had received it. “Very good and we love our new light. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because if we had to return it we would have only got 75% of our money back. I understand that it’s because of the arrangement with the supplier but it was a risk for us.”
