“I needed a vortex system to ensure our water company was satisfied we were meeting their requirements. I'm an email only person, gives me the opportunity to get answers to my questions conveniently and having that written record helps me keep track of progress. I was very impressed with the speed of response, the advice, and producing exactly what I needed to get the job completed, they even offered further if I came up against further problems.”
