“Outstanding service - won carry golf bag at a charity comp the was purchased from Clark’s - I had several problems with wear and tear after 3/12 of use that Clark’s took the on board - sending the details to manufacturer that reimbursed cost - i chose to replace with a better version with their help - thank you and strongly recommend them”

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We read every review always striving to give the best customer service possible. We have looked into your order and can see that as soon as we were notified that your parcel was lost we sent out replacement items. Unfortunately one of the items was not in stock. We believe that we acted promptly and the items were received the next day. After looking into this order we believe the service you received was excellent. Kind Regards Clarkes' Golf

“Ordered my Adidas Tour 360 golf shoes on the Monday and received them on the following Wednesday. I was kept informed of the delivery status throughout. Shoes were exactly as described. Looking forward to playing when the weather improves. Would recommend.”

“Pricing order and delivery was very quick. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing error (no fault of Clarkes). I raised it at 8pm on a Thursday night and by 08:00 Friday I had a new item on the way, with a prepaid returns label and a gift card apology. Saturday 10:00 the new item arrived. Not their fault, but can’t ask for better service and resolution Well done”
