“As far as customer service is concerned, I had a very good experience on a price comparison for a pair of sneakers I ordered. The customer service agent was prompt in their reply to my inquiry, friendly and helpful. As far as the actual product (sneakers) I cannot yet say as they have not shipped yet. I’m not quite sure what the hold up is for shipping. I haven’t received a tracking number yet and my order states “ready to ship” in the Shop tracking app for over a week now. A bit frustrating.”

“Been using Clarkes for the past six years for practice and new golf equipment, always find them friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Kieron sorted out my latest purchase, a 7 wood, and tailored the shaft to suit my swing. I'm still not very good at golf but that's definitely not their fault....”

“I recently purchased a Bushnell Phantom 2 slope range finder. This was delivered promptly by a Parkes Golf but regarding the range finder, I am finding it difficult to work, it is not user friendly and if anything it’s got too many functions, which are a maze to navigate. Not satisfied with this model, if like me you just want the distance to each hole on your approach shot by the type of range finder that you look through (i.e. telescope type)”
