We have looked into your order and we can see your order was delayed as we were having shipping issues with international purchases. You are right we should have called you / contacted you. This does seem to have been missed on this ocassion. We are so sorry as we pride ourselves with great customer service and always keeping customers updated. This unfortunately has not happened. Well done Clarkes. I can't say the same for Royal Mail. In short. Excellent customer service when I needed it most. I will continue to use this excellent company.”
