“Simply incredible. Ordered on a Thursday morning from NI, so expected delivery to be Tuesday or Wednesday. Clarkes had the golf bag I had ordered, dispatched within an hour or two of my purchase. It was at my door just before noon on Friday. This is above and beyond! The quality is great the website is easy to use and I’ll definitely be using Clarkes for more golfing purchases in the future.”

“I had a problem with a golf bag I had purchased from Clarkes less than a year ago. Got in touch with their customer service on 30/5 and problem was resolved with a replacement bag received on 4/6. Excellent customer service received throughout this process. From raising the issue through to receiving the replacement bag when they said it would be delivered. Communication was prompt, clear and professional. What a pleasure it is dealing with with an organisation which takes customer service seriously. Well done! Like most golfers I have used a number of companies for equipment and clothing but Clarkes are head and shoulders ahead in terms of service and will be my first stop for all future purchases. I will be singing their praises to friends and fellow club members.”
