“Prompt efficient and good communications via email. I purchased shoes which were not suitable hence had to return them. Only issue was I had to pay for the returns, the shoes are now back in their possession, however, the refund (less postage) will take 10 days?”

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. I am sorry your shoes did not fit you. I can confirm we charge £4 for a refund. However, if you decide to exchange this is FREE of charge. With regards to the refund. I can confirm we received the returned shoes on Wednesday the 7th and the refund was actioned Thursday 8th February. The funds will be in your bank account on Tuesday 13th February. “My putter arrived with a sale price sticker on it priced less than the order price , which was itself the lowest I could find on- line. When I phoned , the phone was answered immediately and a full refund offered without me even having to ask, let alone argue about it. Very impressive and very fair.”
