“There was a muddle up with my order but the admin team at Clarkes were very helpful and it was easily sorted. It’s owning and dealing with things that don’t go as planned that says what you need to know about a company. Great job Clarkes Golf.”

“Super service from Clarkes and Kelly in particular. Had a problem with a driving iron (head flew off!). Reported it yesterday afternoon after 3pm and today before 9 am they have confirmed they are shipping a new one to me. Well done.”

“I called in to look at a replacement driver for my old one that had developed a crack in it. I'm not up on the latest gear so I didn't really know where to start. After looking at second hand drivers, and not really knowing what to look for, the man behind the counter (sorry didn't get your name) asked if I needed any help. He listened to my needs, how often I play etc, what Driver I was using and suggested, compared to the second hand Drivers I was looking at, a much less expensive brand new Cobra club which was on offer. He wasn't pushy, just gave his honest opinion. I bought the club on the basis of his advice, tried it at the weekend and very pleased with my purchase and how I was dealt with. Thank you”
