“The delivery was prompt and my purchase was as shown. I won’t be buying again as postage to N.Ireland is too expensive from Clarkes . Unfortunately the item didn’t fit and it cost £12 for postage in total.”

“I honestly don’t think you could better the service Charles Golf Kelly provided this morning, I ordered the wrong size shoe and she was absolutely amazing, and explained thoroughly what I needed to do step by step and has sent the right size out same day to myself based on a screenshot from post office proof of sending. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in the golfing world, service is key to any business that wants to succeed and these certainly provide this first class!! “Great service, pre ordered an electric motocaddy golf trolley which was advertised wrong on their site, manager contacted me and gave me a free trolley upgrade. Also ordered some new golf balls which were sent out but never arrived through Evri, the shop was going to send out replacement balls,I asked them to delay them being dispatched as i was away, i gave them another date when i was back to recieve the items, which they did. Great service”

After waiting 4 days for my delivery I contacted Clarkes Golf, who were extremely apologetic and honest with regards to why I had not received my order. My order was then with me the next day and a gesture of good will was applied to my account in the form of a gift voucher!! That's how you turn a negative into a positive and will most certainly keep me as a customer!”
