“Disappointed, placed an order and received an email to say it was dispatched. Then got a message to say there was no stock available. Refund arranged with ease but product should not be advertised if there is no stock.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback, and we're very sorry for the experience you had. We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive a dispatch notification, only to later be informed that the item is out of stock. This was due to a stock sync issue that we’re actively working to improve, so situations like this don’t happen in the future. We’re glad the refund was processed quickly, but we know that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience caused. Please accept our sincere apologies, and thank you for bringing this to our attention — your feedback helps us do better. Clarkes Golf

“I've been looking for a new pair of golf shoes for some time. Looked at all the various online sites with a few having the FJ shoes I was after. Having used Clarkes in the past I opted to use them again. As always, easy online payment, fast delivery and great communication regarding delivery dates and times (DPD).”
