“I ordered a gift voucher for express delivery, but after 4 days it still hadn't arrived. I emailed early Christmas Eve morning on the off chance that someone could help. I got a very helpful response pretty much straight away, with a copy of the gift card that I could print off and a refund of the delivery charge. Amazing service that wasn't expected seeing it was so close to Chinlstmas. Thanks again for such wonderful customer service!”

“Very slow delivery (14+ days) without any explanation for the delay. Bad communication and poor customer service. I had to reach out after 8 days, only to be told that there was an issue with their shipping partner. I really wonder why they didn't inform me about that proactively.”

We have looked into your order and we can see your order was delayed as we were having shipping issues with international purchases. You are right we should have called you / contacted you. This does seem to have been missed on this ocassion. We are so sorry as we pride ourselves with great customer service and always keeping customers updated. This unfortunately has not happened. “Ordered a Christmas Gift on 14 December. Clarkes promptly dispatched on 15 December. Royal Mail failed to deliver. Clarkes stepped up and sent a replacement to their shop which I collected. Well done Clarkes. I can't say the same for Royal Mail. In short. Excellent customer service when I needed it most. I will continue to use this excellent company.”
