“I paid for express delivery to receive my new club on a Sunday, this never turned up. No communication from the delivery or Clarkes. It was only when I rang did they know there was a problem. Received item in the end but do not advertise express delivery if you can no guarantee. 6 days is not express delivery!”

Good morning, We’re very sorry that your order did not arrive when expected, and we completely understand your frustration with the delay and lack of communication. Your order was dispatched using the express Sunday delivery service selected at checkout, which was provided free of charge. Unfortunately, the original parcel was subsequently lost within the courier’s network. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we arranged a replacement to be sent out rather than leaving you waiting for the original parcel to be located. We’re sorry that you had to contact us yourself before the issue was identified, and we appreciate that waiting six days for your order was far from the service you expected. We’re pleased we were able to get a replacement to you, but we apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the original parcel being lost in transit. Kind regards Clarkes' Golf
