“Spent quite a bit of money on the PowaKaddy micro trolley, the product came in the box but did have a few scuffs and marks on which I wasn’t too happy about especially buying from Clarkes golf for the first time!”

Good afternoon Leon, Thank you for taking the time to speak to me on Friday. We agreed that the condition of the trolley was not acceptable. As I pointed out this box was unopened and came directly from the Powakaddy. “I had an issue with a golf bag. Zip failed. The bag was under warranty. New bag supplied by the manufacturer. Return process explained fully.(DPD) All resolved smoothly with excellent communication. 5 star customer service..thanks Clarkes Golf.”

“I bought some Ecco shoes and have had lots of emails from EVRI to say shoes are getting delivered, shoes are on the way , shoes are in depot, shoes are delayed. So while I have spoken with Andy in Clarke’s golf shop and he was very helpful to date there has not been a delivery . Can’t blame Clarkes but if I don’t rate it as poor you cannot rectify the problem”
