“I called in to look at a replacement driver for my old one that had developed a crack in it. I'm not up on the latest gear so I didn't really know where to start. After looking at second hand drivers, and not really knowing what to look for, the man behind the counter (sorry didn't get your name) asked if I needed any help. He listened to my needs, how often I play etc, what Driver I was using and suggested, compared to the second hand Drivers I was looking at, a much less expensive brand new Cobra club which was on offer. He wasn't pushy, just gave his honest opinion. I bought the club on the basis of his advice, tried it at the weekend and very pleased with my purchase and how I was dealt with. Thank you”
