“＂I often purchase clothes from your company, but you have never provided me with a return label. I am very dissatisfied because other companies provide return labels and free refunds. In the future, I will consider whether to continue purchasing from you.”

“Amazing service, extremely helpful when contacted. Helped to sort out a delivery issue I was having (through no fault of theirs) and hope to use them again in the future”

“Great price & amazing customer service. I bought a pair of Ecco shoes which unfortunately developed a fault after a couple of months & annoyingly just before I was due to go away on a golf holiday. Clarks were amazingly helpful, I returned the faulty shoes & they sent me a replacement pair which I received the next day.”

“Parcel arrived quickly and in the time slot allocated. I was kept aware of its journey throughout. I haven't opened the package as it is as present but would be happy to comment when the recipient has done so”
