“Bought an Adidas short sleeve windtop but it was too big. Went through their very easy returns and replace process, and a smaller top was quickly supplied to me. Great service and always prompt fulfilment.”

“I had a problem with a golf bag I had purchased from Clarkes less than a year ago. Got in touch with their customer service on 30/5 and problem was resolved with a replacement bag received on 4/6. Excellent customer service received throughout this process. From raising the issue through to receiving the replacement bag when they said it would be delivered. Communication was prompt, clear and professional. What a pleasure it is dealing with with an organisation which takes customer service seriously. Well done! Like most golfers I have used a number of companies for equipment and clothing but Clarkes are head and shoulders ahead in terms of service and will be my first stop for all future purchases. I will be singing their praises to friends and fellow club members.”

“Great prices, got a much better deal on taylormade golf balls than on amazon and other sites, cheaper than some lake ball bundles I've seen! Will be my go-to check for all my golf needs. Easy payment and tracking with the shop app. Goods were thoughtfully packaged which was a nice touch.”
