“I was quite disappointed with my experience. I ordered a dusky Blue Quater Zip for a Christmas present and when it came, it was a completely different colour to what was implied in the picture online. It was more of a bright navy blue and looked totally different. I sent it back and only received a partial refund with no explanation as to why.”

Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We read every review always striving to improve our customer service. We have looked into your order and we can see that originally the incorrect picture was put on the website. This has now been amended. We have also tried calling you to apologise in person. You were indeed charged for postage which I have now refunded in full due to the item not being as described. We have also tried calling you to apologise in person. Good morning Thank you for taking the time to review Clarkes' Golf. We read every review always striving to give the best customer service possible. We have looked at your order and we can see the items were picked and sent via Royal Mail. However the tracking has not updated. We have now resent the items again, if you had not have notified us we would not be able to see that the original parcel was lost in transit. I trust all is in order Thanks Clarkes' Golf

“I bought some golf shoes and feared the worst when the box arrived. It was battered and torn in places. I appreciate this may have been caused by the delivery agent and it possibly left the factory in good shape. Luckily the shoes inside were fine but, given the shoes were a gift, I had to make a lot of repairs to the box!! I received a call from Clarkes Golf apologising and offering a new box. EXCELLENT AFTER SALES CARE.”

“i ordered some golf shoes recently from Clarke's golf. Unfortunately at point of despatch, they realsied they didn't have the wide sizing i chose, so i tried medium, on the proviso i could return them foc. They were too tight and i received a returns label. Based o nthis experience, i would certainly consider using them again.”
