“Prompt delivery. Found difficulty at first on website at first finding how to “return” item. They sent a second email which helped. Item was good but too firm and didn’t fit. Hopefully refund will be prompt.”

Morning Thank you for reviewing Clarkes' Golf, we read every review always striving to give the best service possible. I can see this is an overseas order and we processed it immediately, unfortunately it looks like it got stuck in customs. I have rechecked the tracking and can see you are now in receipt of it. I apologise for the the delay Kind Regards Clarkes' Golf
